Internships

Interns provide a fresh perspective to our company, and we enjoy shaping the experiences and knowledge of someone new to our field.

While we don't have a formal summer internship program, we do hire interns in many of our offices and departments. We accept inquiries year-round, with most of our internships occurring during the summer months.

We also have pre-doctoral internships in our Assessment Technology Group at our Pittsburgh world headquarters. These internships are available to advanced graduate students (e.g., post-Master's degree, ABD preferred) in Industrial/Organizational Psychology doctoral programs. Pre-doctoral internships typically last 9 to 12 months. These interns work with a team of I/O psychologists on projects dealing with the design, development, and validation of tests, simulations, and other assessment tools, including web-based technologies.
