Workshop Descriptions

• Facilitation Skills: This 3-day workshop helps participants gather the knowledge and skills to effectively deliver DDI programs: Interaction Management®, Targeted Management®, Techniques for a High Performance Workforce®, and Service Plus®.
   
  
• Targeted Selection® Administrator: This 4.5 day workshop provides participants with an understanding of effective selection processes, the behavior-based interviewing skills needed to hire people with the competencies and motivation to succeed, and the skills required for training others in the Targeted Selection® program.
