How We Hire Contract Consultants

We are known the world over for helping our clients hire high quality people who make a significant contribution to the organisation. As a potential DDI contractor, you'll experience first-hand the rigorous, challenging, and, ultimately, personally fulfilling process we use to select only the best. Here's a quick look.

  • Should the need arise to increase our contracting workforce we’ll review the details you have submitted on our website.
  • You will then receive an e-mail or phone call where we will share information about DDI and the contracting vacancy that we have.
  • If mutual interest is present, we will request that you submit your resume.

During the selection process you will participate in assessments and behaviour-based interviews. Along the way, we'll keep you informed of your status. And we hope you'll do the same for us.
