Overview

As DDI’s third office in Europe, DDI Germany was opened in 1996 with headquarters in Düsseldorf. Our 50 consultants service clients in Germany as well as in The Netherlands, Italy, and Switzerland.

We have years of experience in implementation and realisation of human resource initiatives within German and International organisations.

Our Strengths & Accomplishments

  • DDI Germany is very experienced in evaluating top managers. In 2007 we implemented over 320 Assessment Centers® for Executives. For example, DDI optimized its leadership development processes for a multinational technology group based in Germany. DDI assessments identified potential leaders, some of whom were moved into executive leadership positions.
  • We helped Metro Großhandels GmbH to realise the implementation of a new organisational structure. Though the use of DDI´s Targeted Selection® System, employees were evaluated for different roles within the organization. Their development needs were identified and training programs realised.
