DDI creates the Club des Talents

The Club des Talents brings together heads of talent management from French multinational organisations. The club aims to be a forum where professionals in the field are able to enrich their thinking and develop innovative approaches to international talent management challenges.

At the club’s last meeting on May 15, Mr Jean-Christophe Victor, host of the programme Le dessous des cartes on Arte, and director of the Political and cartographic research center (LEPAC) opened the discussions and workshops by sharing his expertise on “the challenge of Talent’ Internalisation”. The meeting ended with an exchange of views and ideas over dinner.

Other themes related to talent management will be discussed at future sessions.
