Overview
GNC is a Kuwaiti, privately owned consultancy founded in 1990 in Kuwait City. A DDI affiliate, it focuses mainly on management and HR consultancy and training. GNC defined its mission as a provider of honest and sincere advice that is in the best of its clients' interests. The GNC team consists of groups of Kuwaiti and international expertise. The members of the local team have worked in all economic sectors and in different managerial levels for a long period of time during which they witnessed the modern development of Kuwait and its institutions. The international teams are well known international consultants from leading global institutions such as Development Dimensions International, DDI.
GNC client base covers a wide range of industries, but most of the large-scale projects are with influential employers around the Arabian Gulf in the Oil, Telecom and Banking industries. Currently, GNC operations cover Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, UAE, Oman and KSA.

Our Strengths & Accomplishments
Recently, GNC concluded a large-scale project in partnership with DDI where the first online screening and assessment system in the Middle East was realised. GNC/DDI have worked with Kuwait Airways Corp., KAC, to design an online system that enables KAC to receive applications, screen, test and assess job applicants from around the world. The system is accessible from all of KAC 25 airline stations around the globe. This system will enable KAC to build an accurate, fair, efficient and consistent selection system throughout its global offices.
