DDI officially opened its St. Petersburg office in February 2007. The opening of the office is a significant milestone as we build on our growing success in Russia and Eastern Europe. We are excited to be able to provide the highest level of selection and leadership development expertise to our current and future clients throughout Russia.

The DDI team in Russia is made up of experienced consultants with wide experience in the areas of:

• Leadership Training
• Selection Systems and Assessment
• Executive Assessment and Succession Management.

The team in Russia focus on programme delivery with sales and programme design support provided via the UK office. New clients are asked to contact the UK office in the first instance.
