Our Management Team

Steve can provide support and an expert opinion regarding the whole range of DDI’s services, especially in the early identification of leaders, succession and talent management and large-scale selection programmes.

Rachel Ayerst is the Resourcing and Development Manager for DDI Europe and is responsible for ensuring consistency of HR processes throughout Europe. She is a member of both the UK and the European Management Team.

Joanne Elliott is the Financial Controller for DDI Europe and is a member of both the UK and the European Management Team.

Simon Mitchell is the European Marketing Director and is responsible for leading DDI’s European marketing activity.

Bill leads the assessment and consulting business for DDI UK. He is responsible for leading DDI’s UK-based executive assessment activities and consulting with global clients to design executive development solutions.

Paul Hughes is the Director of Global Accounts, supporting European and multi-national clients' HR initiatives. He leads the UK client relationship team and is also responsible for sales revenue generated by the consulting team. He is a consultant and assessor for DDI’s executive acceleration centre and is a member of the UK management team.
