DDI evaluates all of its products and services to ensure effectiveness and promote further product development. Our research result reports and summaries demonstrate the impact of DDI solutions on behaviour change and/or organisational performance. As part of DDI's ongoing commitment to research, we conduct surveys and studies on current HR issues.

• Is the Sales force Delivering Business Value? 2007-2008 Global Sales Perceptions Study
  UK/European version of global research undertaken to gain an understanding from buyers on whether sales organisations and sales leaders are making the shift to a more consultative, value-added relationship with buyers.  The conclusions are: Buyers have a poor perception of sales people; buyers have increasingly high expectations - that are not being met; Sales people are not making inroads on becoming business partners.
• Leaders in Transition: Stepping Up, Not Off
  DDI global study highlights places leaders find support when moving to new roles. Leaders are advancing up the career ladder faster than ever before. DDI set out to take a unique look at the issues-not from the perspective of the organisations, but from the perspectives of the people who are actually encountering these significant leadership transitions.
• Leaders on Leadership: An Intimate View of Life at the Top of Europe plc.
  Pan-european research as part of MORI's Captains of Industry survey, exploring the working lives of senior level leaders in some of top organisations in France, Germany and the UK.  Its findings help us understand the very different ways leaders operate in these neighbouring countries and the challenges this presents for global organisations.  We offer insights into the cultural impact on and differing philosophies of executives in these locations and how they view the challenges of their position.  Frank verbatims and comparative data reveal three styles of leadership across the three countries. 
• UK Global Comparisons. Leadership Forecast 2005/2006: Best Practices for Tomorrow's Global Leaders 
  An analysis of the current state of leadership and leadership development within the UK business community, and reveal how this compares to the rest of the world. This is a supplementary report for the full global report.
