Monster.com Reveals New Research into Job Seeker’s Attitudes Interviewer: Thought Leader: As a Vice President of Marketing, Vicki Godfrey is responsible for Advertising and Creative for Monster.com, North America. Prior to joining Monster, Vicki held a variety of marketing and new product positions at both large and small companies. At Fidelity Investment, she was the head of marketing for the stock plan business. Vicki was the head of global marketing for a start up digital photography company and spent nine years at Polaroid, where she created and launched a variety of different consumer products, including the Polaroid Izone, which was the number one selling camera in the world for over two years. She started her career at GTE (Verizon). Vicki holds an International M.B.A. from The American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) and a B.A. from the University of Vermont.
