Targeted Selection®

Targeted Selection® (TS®) is the most proven and accurate behavioral-based interviewer training program in the world. TS® provides recruiters and hiring managers with the resources and skills they need to hire and keep top talent. Targeted Selection® includes:

  • Identify the competencies needed for all key positions.
